You are what keeps us growing.
Help us rebuild Bluebird Farm after impacts from Hurricane Helene.
We have our fingers and toes, a roof over our heads, and the animals are safe.
Please share or donate if you can. We make our living one sandy bunch of carrots at a time, but they are all gone. We’ve lost 95% of our vegetables that are most of our income for the next 5-6 months.
We appreciate your support. It means so much to us. One foot in front of the other.
We have months of work to clean up, rebuild, and get ready for next March.
We hope to be at the Saturday Charlotte Regional Farmers’ Market again starting October 5th with pork and eggs and microgreens, good Lord willin’ and the creek don’t rise. We will try to post updates to Instagram and Facebook if we have cell service.
Saturday, Charlotte Regional Farmers’ Market, 8-noon.
Year round. Except for Sat after Thanksgiving. Look for our stand in open air Building A, about the 5th stand down on the right as you drive in. Look for our bluebird. 1801 Yorkmont Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217
Flavorful Pork for Home Meals
Enjoy our bratwurst, sweet Italian links, or thick bone in pork chops on the grill. Our sage country sausage is excellent with zucchini or greens. Kick up the flavors of your tacos with our chorizo sausage. Our cured and shelf stable sweet sopressata, Milano, or pepperoni salamis are a great centerpiece on a meat and cheese board, on the road at your favorite winery or hike, or as a welcome gift.
Our meat pigs are fed certified organic grains. Our cows graze and rotate through grass year round and eat supplements of non-GMO brewer's barley.
